[The Master looks a little awkward on the video screen; nervous, shy, even. Still, there's a small smile on his face. When he speaks, it's rather quiet.

I reallly do hope that whatever goes on this week, the city remains safe. It's gone through so much already, and people have been hurt enough. Just a little bit of peace would be ever so nice.

Is there anything I can do to help anyone who have been badly affected by the destruction that's happened far too often in the past few weeks?

Ah, I was--I was wondering, Doctor, if perhaps... Well. I mean. I know we haven't gotten along for several centuries. But...um, I mean, well, the two of us got along so well two weeks ago. And I liked it a lot. It made me happier than I've been in a long time. I just--if it's okay with you, of course--wanted to know if you wanted to spend some more time together. I'd like to get to know you, this new regeneration of yours. I do like it.

[Innocently is right. The Doctor's not stupid, he knows that despite his utter revulsion for the words coming out of his mouth, this city is populated by people who'd be quick to fight and bat down anyone with a violent bone in their body. So as much as he despises this... he has to play nice. For now.]

I know you would. How would you like to meet tomorrow? After the general chaos of the event's start has calmed down a bit. I have the perfect thing in mind.
