I reallly do hope that whatever goes on this week, the city remains safe. It's gone through so much already, and people have been hurt enough. Just a little bit of peace would be ever so nice.

Is there anything I can do to help anyone who have been badly affected by the destruction that's happened far too often in the past few weeks?

In Verona, my family and my husband's are at constant war. There are horrible things done by both sides. And yet, I still call both my husband and my cousin good men, because without the feud driving them, they are good.

Lord Saxon has admitted that he has done unkind things in the past, but here, he has been nothing but kind and good. I can understand your enmity toward him, Lady, if he has indeed done such to your kin, but you must also understand that he is my friend. He has protected me in this place. He saved me from torture, among his many good deeds here.

Done horrible things to Lord Saxon. And yet my friend reaches out to him again and again, only to be met with scorn. How can he be the better man if that is the case?

I would trust that man with the end of the universe. And I have.
