[It's the only form of address he can use right now without simply saying "Doctor", as much as he loathes using the name. He knows the filter isn't going to work, and so, he immediately starts talking in Gallifreyan.]

I suspect that they will be back, as soon as the week is up, and our connection to the Time Vortex is restored.

And being human really isn't so bad- Not as if there's much functional difference between our two species here in the first place.

Too long for my liking. I left and used the Chameleon Arch during the Time War, when the Dalek Emperor took control of the Cruciform. Do the math. At least as that damn professor, I had no idea how pitiful I really was.
